The Creativity Works gather the crowds at VMWorld in Cannes

Posted on the 23rd March 2009

A week in Cannes is great at any time of the year but was especially inviting as we left the chilly shores of the UK to head south at the end of February. And why Cannes; the land of film and celebrities you ask?...  The destination was VMWorld, the flagship virtualisation exhibition at The Palais Des Festivals with The Creativity Works team providing stand management services for our platinum sponsor, computer processor giant of a client.

This three day event attracted more that 4,700 attendees with more than 100 industry sponsors and exhibitors and our role was to gather crowds, link with the demo teams, work the help desk, facilitate prize draws, and anything else that came our way!

Fluent French / English linguistics and translation skills within our ranks meant communication was great with delegates. Detailed product knowledge briefings from our client pre event meant our team, branded in our client's work wear, were able to provide a comprehensive and highly visible support service on site.

We are proud to say that all targets were exceeded and our approach and preparation meant we were the envy of nearby exhibitors. A true success at an outstanding event!
