The Creativity Works help with promotional work at the

VMWorld Europe exhibition

To illustrate the diversity of our event management services, some of the Creativity Works team headed off to Cannes at the end of February to assist in the running of a platinum exhibition stand at VMWorld Europe. This conference and exhibition took place at The Palais Des Festivals, an absolutely amazing venue, perfect for such a large event.

We provided crew for one of the World's leading computer technology companies at VMWorld for stand management, crowd gathering, help desk and other duties.

Fluent French / English linguistics and translation skills within our ranks meant communication was great with delegates. Alongside this, detailed product knowledge briefings from our client pre-event meant our team, branded in our client's work wear, were able to provide a comprehensive and highly visible support service at the exhibition.

This three day event attracted more that 4,700 attendees with more than 100 industry sponsors and exhibitors and our role was to gather crowds, link with the demo teams, work the help desk, facilitate prize draws, and anything else that came our way!

We are proud to say that all targets were exceeded and our approach and preparation meant we were the envy of other nearby exhibitors. A success? We thought so…. And our client agrees as you can see below!

“The team from The Creativity Works exceeded expectations by providing a continuous stream of conference participants to the Intel booth demo and chalk talk staff. They were competitive, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional with a high level of motivation to succeed.”
